Insurance and Payment Options
At Wildflower Family Chiropractic, we proudly serve the Central Oregon area and strive to make quality, individualized care accessible to our community. We currently accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and PacificSource commercial insurance, with plans to add more insurance plans in the future.
We also offer cash-pay options for visits and accept HSA and FSA cards. For insurance plans we do not currently bill directly, we are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We welcome honest and open conversations about finances and are happy to discuss your options.
Adult and Prenatal Initial
A comprehensive visit including full history, examination, treatment, and a recommended care plan designed around your individual needs. Care may include gentle adjustments and supportive techniques to improve comfort, mobility, and function. Prenatal visits include the Webster Technique and pregnancy specific treatments to promote pelvic balance and a more comfortable pregnancy.

Pediatric Initial
Gentle chiropractic care for infants and children. Includes an age-appropriate assessment of posture, movement, and nervous system function, with evaluation for concerns like torticollis, head shape asymmetry, feeding challenges, and development. Care uses safe, gentle techniques tailored to your child, plus guidance for supporting comfort and healthy development at home.

Follow-up Visit
This appointment is for any adult, prenatal, or pediatric patient who has already completed an initial visit at our office. Includes continued care tailored to your current needs.

Mommy and Me
This appointment is for mothers who are wanting to receive care with their baby/child. Both the mother and child must be established patients.
