Insurance and Payment Options
​At Wildflower Family Chiropractic, we proudly serve the Central Oregon area and strive to make quality, individualized care accessible to our community. We currently accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and PacificSource commercial insurance, with plans to add more insurance plans in the future.
We also offer cash-pay options for visits and accept HSA and FSA cards. For insurance plans we do not currently bill directly, we are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We welcome honest and open conversations about finances and are happy to discuss your options.
